Educating everybody and supporting the youths is very important to have a successful tidy environment around us 

​

I have supported many youths who have achieved their Duke OF Edinburgh Awards. I have also spoken about why it is important to look after the environment in few local schools.

​

I am looking at building our Tiktok and Youtube channel to show the fun side of litter picking etc

COLLABORATE WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES

The aim is to collaborate with the local community businesses to help them thrive. Including Supporting Local Councils 

Mcdonald's and Bicester Village have joined the Bicester litter pickers group on outings.

I am in close contact with the founder of Keep Britain Tidy 
 

MENTAL HEALTH BENEFIT

Being outside around nature and connecting with like minded people, while doing litter picking it is brilliant for our physical, mental health and well being. 

which is why I wanted to set up the picking group here. I know it can be hard to make friends and sometimes it can get lonely for many which may struggle. I wanted to make it easier for people to know they are not alone.
